It is difficult to go through challenging or painful periods. But they push us to tap into inner strength and open ourselves to future opportunities, allowing new doors to open. It’s important not to resist endings and to allow new beginnings to flow.
Lao Tzu was a Chinese sage who is believed to have lived some 2500 years ago. The central scripture of Daoism, the Dao de jing, is attributed to him. Daoism is a mystical tradition which espouses living in harmony with the natural flow of life.
