Did you know your thoughts cause your feelings?  And that you have control over your thoughts?  When you start building awareness around your thoughts and learning to interrupt negative thinking, doubts, worries or cynicism, you can feel better and happier.  Dale Carnegie was an American writer who was a pioneer in the self-improvement and public speaking training industries.   He wrote How to Win Friends and Influence People, one of the best-selling books of all time.  He lived from 1888 to 1955.
