Every single qualification for success is acquired through habit. -Alfred E.N. Gray
“People form habits and habits form futures,” explained Alfred E.N. Gray, an executive in the insurance industry. “If you do not deliberately form good habits, then unconsciously you will form bad ones.” Alfred E.N. Gray is credited with delivering his speech, The Common Denominator of Success, in the 1940’s in Philadelphia.
“You are the kind of person you are because you have formed the habit of being that kind of person, and the only way you can change is through changing habits,” he continued.
This week, I encourage you to look closely at your habits. And are there any you want to change?
Enjoy a happy and productive week!
