There is one quality one must possess to win, and that is definiteness of purpose, the knowledge of what one wants… -Napoleon Hill
Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, one of the best-selling personal achievement books of all time, tells us that all achievement begins with “an intense, burning desire for something definite.” He explains the importance of choosing a definite goal, and putting your energy, willpower and effort into achieving it. Wishing and hoping will not bring it to fruition. But desire, combined with planning, and “backing those plans with persistence ” will bring you closer to achieving your goals.
This week, I invite you to consider your own “definiteness of purpose.” And commit to putting your “energy, willpower and effort” into achieving it.
Have a happy and productive week!
